How can we help?

Pocket Puzzle Box is built to work quietly and locally. These answers cover the most common questions.

Where do I download the app?

Pocket Puzzle Box version 1.0 is available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. Open the App Store product page to see compatibility and pricing for your region.

My saved game or progress is missing

Progress is stored only on your device. Make sure you are opening the same device and app installation. Deleting the app also deletes its local progress; Pocket Puzzle Box does not keep a cloud copy.

A puzzle is not responding as expected

Open Game Options and review How to Play for that puzzle. You can also use Restart to begin the current difficulty again. If the behavior repeats, include the puzzle name and a screenshot when contacting support.

How do I change sound or haptics?

Open Settings from Home, or Game Options while playing. Sound can be switched off or adjusted from 0–100%. On devices with haptic support, haptics can be disabled independently. On iPhone and iPad, Pocket Puzzle Box respects Silent Mode and mixes with other media.

Can I reorder the games?

Yes. Open Settings and choose Game Order. Drag the handles on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or use the move controls on Apple Vision Pro. Reset to Default restores the original collection order.

What accessibility options are available?

Pocket Puzzle Box supports VoiceOver play paths, Dynamic Type where the board allows it, Reduce Motion, and optional Shape Cues. Accessibility settings can be changed in the app and in your device's system settings.

Does the app need an account or internet connection?

No. Gameplay works offline with no account. Sharing a statistics card is optional and uses the system share sheet only when you choose it.

Which devices are supported?

Pocket Puzzle Box is available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. Check the App Store product page for the exact operating-system and device requirements.
